Handwritten on the back, "Casey Stengel. Manager of the pennant winning Oakland Oaks in 1948 photographed shortly before he ws named mgr. of the N.Y. Yankees in Oct. 1948." Photo is a head shot of Stengel wearing his Oaks uniform. Someone is holding a microphone up to him and he appears to be talking. The print was probably made in the 1960s from a 1948 photograph.
