The fabric and pattern department. On the floor of this room are fabric bolts of all colors. Three counters hold clothing pattern books. Behind these patterns are shelfs built into the wall to pull out and retrieve patterns. Wall displays hold sewing accessories: scissors, belts, thread, buttons, sewing boxes and sewing kits, ribbon and zippers. Above the wall displays there are four sewing tables on display. On the wall a sign reads, "It's H.C. Capwell's for the makings of your costume." It also lists the floors where sewing machines and other sewing materials can be found.
