In photograph, several rows of airplane seats are seen from one side of the aircraft. In each seat is a cardboard box that contains a baby. The boxes are buckled into the seat with seatbelts. In the first row, one baby has it's foot over the end of the box. Stamped on back of photograph, "Robert Stinnett." and "Apr. 15, 1975.
