Belonged to C.E. Wickham. This photo is a modern reproduction of an original print. (D. Curry, 8/4/99) Photo shows the exterior of the Ghirardelli & Petar General Depot of California Wines & Liquors on the corner of 19th(?). A couple of barrels are sitting on the sidewalk outside the store and three men are standing in the doorway. Next door is F. Barbagelata & Co. glassware store also with some of the store's wares sitting on the sidewalk outside the store and several men standing in front of the store (possible the owners). Next to that is a furniture and upholstery store, also with furniture sitting on the sidewalk. Then is a store, unclear of what it was selling, called "Chas. C. Taylor." The businesses on the second floor are a doctor's office, a dentist's office, Mrs. Cook's dress makers, a paper hanger, and "Looking Glasses and Pictures." Several horse-drawn wagons are parked at the curb in front of the stores and a buggy and horse is parked on the side of the building.
