Negative is identified on the envelope as "Suburban Division Tract (East 14th St.)." Negative shows East 14th as a dirt road in the middle of nowhere. A few telephone poles parallel the street. A small wood shack is sitting a short distance from the road and has a sign on its roof that says "East !4th St. Homesites Tract Office." Near the shack is a billboard advertising the empty lots and home insurance. The surrounding area is empty save for a hill with piles of hay here and there. Contact print #39 in first blue binder.
