Poster is printed overall with a stylized drawing bound by a thin red border. The drawing shows two male figures holding up a pole with a long red flag. The figure at left is also holding a sledge hammer; the figure at right is also holding a sickle. At the feet of the two figures there are gold coins and architectural fragments. The background of the poster is yellow with a sun and clouds at top. The upper left corner has text in Cyrillic and: "6280 / 02576". The bottom of the drawing has Cyrillic text in red.
