Envelope reads "Twenty mule team." Negative shows a huge crowd of people gathered in front of the Oakland City Hall watching a mule team coming in. Several cars parked at the curb in front of City Hall. In the distance appears to be the wagons the mules are pulling. This appears to have been a promtion of some kind for Twenty Mule Team Borax which was made by Francis Marion "Borax" Smith's company. Smith was a major player in Oakland with a realty company and he started the Key Route system. Smith went bankrupt in 1913.
