Handpainted white line runs horizontal across top of black background above image, with handpainted "V" centered above line. Handpainted and boxed in white paint below image in black background "Mortise". 1" handdrawn link in red ink at top right corner. Handwritten and circled in pencil on reverse "Oakalnd Slolr IST funday". Handwritten in pencil "To Fogel Friday". Newspaper clipping adhered to reverse reads "NEW OUTLOOK- This is the view of Oakland's skyline from the new Hall of Justice. Prominent structures include (from left) Athens Athletic Club, City Hall, Tribune Tower, and Kaiser Center." Stamped on clipping in red ink "TR 5C Jan 6-1963". "Oakland" on clipping is circled in red ink. Original envelope reads "Oakland aerials and vistas 1971-".
