[The graphic is based on the traditional Mexican paper cut "papel picado" technique. Tony Burciaga was a Chicano artist and writer who helped found the Latino comedy troupe Culture Clash at the Galería de la Raza in San Francisco's Mission District in 1984. He was also a significant contributor to Chicano culture and student life at Stanford University. -LMC]
