The "Tract List" compiled by Quentin dates the Tompkins Terrace Tract at 1877. The area shown on the map is that part of Gilbert St. between Gaskill St. and Booth St. Those boundary streets today are apparently 41st St. and Ridgeway. In addition, a "profile" of Booth St. is shown on the drawing.
