On the outside of the envelope- "Oakland C of C tour 1922." Negative shows a large group of men posing together in front of a building. There is a sign at the front of the group that says "Oakland Rotary Club Group 10 'The Helping Hand of Young Fellows Who Need a Hand.'" There is also a portion of a caption still attached to the negative that says "Compliments Oakland Tribune.
