Tribune caption on the back, November 13, 1981-- "Shoppers wait in line, but Christmas outlook for stores isn't terrific." Photo shows a line of women standing in a line waiting to purchase rolls of Christmas wrapping paper. Several of the women are Asian American and two are African American, the other women have their backs turned to the camera. There is a young woman working the cash register. The sales floor is messy from the Christmas season.
