Handwritten on the back, "9th St. looking north west from Bdw." Photo was taken from the middle of Broadway down 9th street. Cars are parked at the curbs on both sides of the one way street. Two cars are driving up the street toward the photographer. On the left side of the street, on the corner, is "California Loan Office." On the right side of the street, all of the buildings appear to be under renovation.
