Crowd shot on Telegraph Avenue between Haste Street and Dwight Avenue. In the middle of the crowd, in front of Eclair Pastries, there is a platform with several young men on it; one of these men appears to be speaking to the crowd (see item H95.18.903). One member of the crowd is holding up a sign that reads "DeGaulle to the wall" -- these protests were in solidarity with French revolutionary student groups, who had been quashed by the De Gaulle government.
