A full view of the sailing vessel called the Balclutha docked in the ater between a mud wall and a marina with sailboats. The deteriorated three mast Balclutha is enclosed by piles. A trash pile of discarded steel drums and wooden crates are showed in the front of the photo. Behind the Balclutha are many hills covered with trees and houses. The Marvel laundry is located on the left hand side of the Balclutha. Two automobiles of the era are going past the laundry.
