The man is Peter Morrow, the woman is Lucy Arneson Morrow -- granddaughter of Mildred Arneson. On August 22, 1962, The Oakland Tribune reported that the couple had been vacationing in Palo Alto at the time of the discovery of the bodies. They had been shocked at the discovery of the bodies, but the news had not been unexpected, since the Arnesons had been missing for some time and had been given up for dead.
