There are two Tribune clippings attached to the back of the photo. The first is dated April 9, 1968; it reads "Ralph Williams 'Rename 14th Street'" The second is dated March 22, 1970 and reads "Ralph Williams Percy Moore critic." In the photo, Mr. Williams is shown from a side view with a microphone at chest height.
