Home can be seen amongst the trees. Photo taken July 3, 1948 by Robert Stinnett." Photo shows a small road. On the far side of the road is a wire fence and a lot of foliage. Behind the fence are several wood sided buildings which do not appear to be in good shape. Lola "married" newspaperman Patrick Hull in 1853. Soon after she temporarily settled in Grass Valley (where this photo was probably taken) and took on Lotta Crabtree as her protege and keeping a pet bear to keep herself entertained.
