Document includes: title page, table of contents, list of personnel, description of Graduate Women's Sociology Caucus and Women's Faculty Group, and AFSCME Local 1695 with a description of each groups' activities. Page 5-6: description of "Women in Society" talk given by speaker Anne Butterfield Weills and moderated by Ellen McDonald Gumperz. Pages 7-9: "The Socialization of Women" panel on Anthropological perspective on Women's Status in Society, the role of the Black Women and female achievement - panelists: Hortense Powdermaker, Elizabeth Morgan, Marjorie Lozoff and Susan Ervin-Tripp, with Madeline Codding Mixer as moderator. Pages 10-15 describes talks and workshops "The Status of Women" and topics re: child care, women labor issues, women in academia, sex education and female sexuality.
