White cotton twill middy blouse with a black and white label at the inside nape of the neck. Owner's name tag, printed red on white, is stitched in next to the store label. The middy has short sleeves, a squared "sailor" collar, a left breast pocket and a loop in the front. The various colored school ties worn with the blouse were worn under the collar, and fell, with a large knot, down the front. There are no buttons on this blouse; it slipped over the head and the bottom hem rested at the hips.
