Envelope reads, "Hughes." Negative shows a man and a woman in the center of a large group of people standing behind a wire fence. The man might be Charles Evans Hughes who had a long judicial career and was an associate judge of the U.S. Supreme court between 1910-1916 and also ran against Woodrow Wilson for the presidency in 1916 [DMC, 2-28-96].
