Contact sheet of eight photos - two rows of 2"x 2" One row was photographed by Tribune photographer Lonnie Wilson. One row was photographed by Tribune photographer Tommy McDonough. The photos show a political protest by members of the Ad Hoc Committee to End Discrimination. They are protesting discriminatory hiring practices by the Oakland Tribune. The photos show a sit-in which blocks the Tribune's loading dock. A few of the protesters carry large signs with protest slogans. Several of the photos show demonstrators standing together near the chain link fence in front of the loading dock. In one photo a police officer with a megaphone addresses the crowd. Three photos show protesters sitting or lying on the ground in order to block the Tribune's delivery trucks. Three "X"s are written in blue pencil on the back of the photograph.
