This pair of high heeled mule style sandals are of clear plastic, with a clear plastic rhinestone decorated fan-like shape piece embellishing each toe. The clear plastic heels are studded with rhinestones as well. The "spring-o-laters" band in each shoe helps to keep the foot in place inside the very open structure of the shoe.
