Content description:
This was one of Florence Resnikoff's favorite pins. It represents an important transitional moment in her artistic practice - a time when she was ending her exploration of anodization techniques and embracing her new-found love of Keum-boo (an ancient Korean gilding technique). Resnikoff was awarded the Discovery Award, Art Stars of California, 1994 for this pin.
