Handwritten on the back, "Aviation, Oakland Airport." Photo is an aerial view of the airport in 1959. In front of the airport is a small parking lot. Next to the main building is a series of aircraft hangars for various companies including United Air Lines, and Cochran Avian Inc. There are a number of different types of planes sitting on the tarmac on the far side of the hangars.
