a. Photo shows a trapezoidal metal plate with a curved piece adhered to the front, the interior edge of the curved piece has gear-like teeth. The bottom edge of the photo below the mask, has the text: "reduce to 1 3/4" Photo F". b. Tracing paper drawing is mostly areas of shading and appears to be a guide for retouching and cropping the photograph.
