Caption typed across the bottom of the photo, "(LV2) Las Vegas, Nev., June 20-- CHARGED WITH HIJACK-- The FBI said today it issued warrants charging William Lee Brent, 39, whom it described as a former Black Panther Party captain in San Francisco, with aircraft piracy and interference with a flight crew. Agents said Brent, now in Cuba, hijacked a plane Tuesday over Nevada with 81 passengers and 7 crewmen and forced it to land in Havana. It was bound from Oakland to New York City.
