Poster has a thick unprinted white border overall. Poster is printed with a large black and white photograph, circa 1968. The photograph shows Cesar Chaves pointing with his left hand and looking at a police officer. The police officer is wearing a helmet and has a patch on his shoulder with the text: "Delano / Police". In the background of the photo there is a U.F.W. flag.
