On the outside of the envelope- "Oakland C of C tour, 1922." There is also a caption attached to the negative at the bottom where some of the emulsion has been removed. This caption says, "enroute 'Get Acquainted Trip' Oakland Chamber of Commerce. Compliments Oakland Tribune, October 1922." Negative shows a group of men. Several of the men are shaking hands as they pose for the camera.
