Original envelope reads "Oakland aerials and vistas 1971-". Handwritten on reverse in black ink "5 col Election w/sty". Handwriting in black ink obscured by adhered newspaper clipping. Newspaper clipping adhered to reverse reads "Outlined is 70-block section in the heart of downtown Oakland proposed for redevelopment under Corridor Project". Stamped on clipping in blue ink "Jun 16 1966" Aerial photograph of downtown Oakland. Lake Merritt at right side. Highway running from top left to center bottom. In top center of photograph, rectangular shapes of handrawn black ink and white strips of paper adhered to photograph for newspaper purposes. 5" handrawn vertical line in black ink on right edge. 4" vertical handrawn line in black ink on left edge. 1/4" handrawn horizontal lines in black ink on both left and right edges at the top of the vertical lines.
