In these dull, dried up baker's magazines for flour and pans and salt all done very seriously would appear pictures of the impossible, usually having nothing to do with baking goods at all. The caption, in this case, is that you wouldn't wear canvas gloves to a formal dinner therefore you wouldn't use an inferior flour in a superior baking product."
