The notation on the back of the photo reads "Toxic vapor[s] rise above IS 680 near Sunol." The tank truck leaking acid vapors is in virtually the same position on the southbound lanes seen from ground level in 2000.1.1175, except that this is an aerial photo. The leaking tank truck is all by itself near the turn-off, and abosutely no other vehicles visible in either north- or south-bound lanes.
