Gelatin silver contact sheet printed on Agfa photopaper. Lange number stamped on verso. Contact sheet shows negatives of the 4 inches by 5 inches format, and 3.25 by 4.25 inches format. One of the images is stapled to the page.

Original description is "(Regarding Contacts Numbered 38000)... A few very poor landscapes. Don't know why I keep them. Maybe because had fun on the trips where I just happened to stop and half-heartedly snapped them. It takes more to photograph a section of landscape...There are some peafields, made in early spring, 1939, among migratory workers...see also 1939 peafields for another good landscape." Three images of buildings and their surrounding landscapes. Two of the images are of churches.
