Carrier USS Oriskany returns to the San Francisco Bay after seven months of combat. A few boats sail nearby the large ship, including one labeled "Port of San Francisco Phoenix" that shoots out water. Clip taped to back reads: "After seven months of combat, carrier Oriskany is welcomed home to Alameda." Date Dec 19 1971 is stamped to clip.
