The cover is of tan colored paper, with pale olive green and dark gray printing, prominent image of a top hat. Title of the event "Hats Off to You." at the top. Different styles of hats are featured on various white pages inside the program. Large listing for the silent auction conducted that night (including two items from the Oakland Museum of California).
