M.L. Cohen included this glass negative in his box labeled "Airport 1928". In the 1920s, California had more airports than any other state. The Oakland Municipal Airport was seen as the gem of all of the California airports. This photo is of an unidentified official. He is at an event. There is a woman to his right who is holding flowers. In addition, this man appears to be in a group.
