Handwritten note by photographer, " Feet to big for the bed. Aboard 747 Jumbo Jet enroute to LAX. Five babies shown sleeping in file boxes aboard an airplane. A couple of them are bigger than the boxes, and their feet are hanging out. The file boxes are strapped into the airplane seats. At the top of the photo, a woman is seated and is holding one of the babies.
