This is a two-sided grater with a flat handle that has two rectangular pieces of metal at each end with multiple holes punched in a grid. One end of the tool is flat and the other is curved (similar to a spoon bowl). White clay or plaster accretions and fibers are dried on the surface and through the grater holes on both ends
