This is a picture of a young actor named Allan Durant. It was taken in the studio in the Leibes Building that I shared with Johan Hagermeyer. This would be in the 1920's. Durant had played in the famous movies, The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari. His role, I believe, was the poet. (Roger Sturtevant interview with Joyce Minick, 1977)
