An ambulance, with the identification of "Medical Department U.S. Navy" printed on the passenger door, has been involved in a traffic accident. The front of the ambulance is damaged, and a tow truck is preparing to remove the ambulance. Behind the ambulance and tow truck, a couple of other cars are partially visible. A number of bystanders are gathered along the sidewalk, and two men (police officers/navy officers??) stand next to the tow truck. The accident occurred in front of an unidentified public library.
