National Chicano Human Rights Council. Chicano Moratorium of San Francisco, Bay Area." Design elements include an image of a person running next to a buffalo. The person is carrying a circular object which is bisected by two lines that separate the circle into four equal quadrants. Their other arm is outstretched and is carrying a small wand with material attached to it. The buffalo's horns have feathers attached to them.
