Envelope reads "Capt. Charles Bock. same as 1466 [H96.1.1123]." Negative shows a police officer in uniform with a square cap turned to his left and aiming with the weapon he is holding. The gun appears to be a standard 6-shooter with an attachment that looks like a long pipe that screws onto the gun. A brick building is behind him as well as a chain and pole fence.
