Page 4 has an illustration of covered wagons with a poem about the Willamette Valley. There's also a report from the Ina Coolbrith Circle. Many of the poems included in the publication have to do with locations in the West: "The Sierras at Night," Sunset Storm at Mount Hood," "From Russian Hill," etc. The back cover features a photographic image of the Golden Gate Bridge and a poem by Piedmont/San Francisco/Carmel poet George Sterling. The selling price for the publication in 1944 was fifty cents (printed on the front cover).
