M.L. Cohen included this glass negative in his box labeled "Airport 1928". In the 1920s, California had more airports than any other state. The Oakland Municipal Airport was seen as the gem of all of the California airports. This photo is of an event taking place at the airport. There is a group of men. Two men are shaking hands. The other men are looking at the men shaking hands.
