Wagner, Cont'r. Date 1-23-31 No. 7." Written on the bottom border of the neg. "977- Geo. Wagner Const. Co.- Paramount Theatre No. 7 1-23-31." All of the excavating of the site has been completed in the image and lumber is laying around the site here and there probably for the forms for the foundation.
