He is holding the hand of a little girl who is mostly naked except for a piece of gauzy material wrapped around her body. A woman is standing near then posing like she is trying to get away from Father Time. The woman is wearing what appear to be bathing suit bottoms and a see-though robe. She is apparently not wearing anything on top but her arm is strategically placed to cover her breasts.
