Carrier USS Oriskany sails home (dock is close in sight) after a seven-month-long stint at sea. The ship carries several planes and beholds a a sign reading "Noel Pows". The number 34 is displayed on the left edge of the ship. A few smaller boats are seen sailing closeby. Clip taped to back reads: "'Noel POWS' was the message from attack carrier USS Oriskany when it entered San Francisco Bay this morning after completing a tour of duty off the coast of Vietnam. The men on Oakland's adopted warship were greeted by fair skies and a large crowd of friends and relatives." Date Dec 10 1970 stamped to clip. "No story" handwritten on back.
