Negative is identified as "Richfield Oil Co. 3/17/31." Negative shows a truck convoy driving up Broadway near Grand Ave. The trucks are all loaded with barrels of oil. Cars are parked up and down on both sides of the street. In the distance is is the Bank of Italy which later became the Bank of America. A few car dealerships are also located on Broadway. On the left side of the street can be seen the sign and part of a turret for the Key Route Hotel which was a hotel and train station that faced Broadway and had an entrance which straddled West Grand Ave. It was built in 1904 and was severely damaged by fire in 1929 and was demolished in 1932.
