Caption says "Los Angeles- Actor Fined--Actor John Agar, 38-year-old onetime husband of actress Shirley Temple, walks down a hallway today after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor drunk driving charge and being fined $263. He was arrested on Nov. 2 when officers said he failed to pass a sobriety test. A 90-day jail term was suspended and Agar was placed on probation for six months.
