A photograph of Ralph Williams (right) and Russell Bruno (left) shaking hands. The notation on the back of the photo reads "Oak. School Bd. Pres." The notation does not mention which man is the President, but since the photo is included with photgraphs in 2000.1.1238, 40, and 41, all of which are of Mr. Williams, it is assumed that Mr. Williams is the President in this photo. Mr. Rruno is holding a framed document in his left hand.
